We at 'atatoll.com' pledge to provide our patrons with seamless customer service. There are strict quality checks at different levels to avoid any kind of error in the whole process and hence in the product. 

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy (For Patrons Within India)

*Returns and Exchanges are only valid on the eligible products. Read below to know more*

Eligible Products for Returns - Leather Wallets/Sleeves/Organisers

In case you receive an incorrect product, then we will exchange your product for a replacement or take a return by issuing you a refund minus Rs 80/- towards Shipping & handling Charges, Provided the returned product is QC approved and deemed as saleable with its Original Packing, Tags intact.

To ask for a return or exchange, please write in to business.shopatoll@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will then arrange for a pick up in case of returns for your location, provided your pin code is serviceable for our channel partners. To process the same, mention the below things in the mail,

– If it is an exchange or a return

– The reason for your return/exchange

– Your Order Id, Name, Contact Number, Date of receiving the order, and Full         Address

– A picture of the wrong product received 

– Kindly make sure the product tag and packaging is intact and is in saleable condition, failing which, we would be unable to process your return/exchange

Returns/Refunds:-

*Refunds are only applicable in case of wrong products received and Non Discounted Products *

In case of a return, we will process it in either of the two ways mentioned below:

1) By issuing you a store credit of your invoice amount minus Rs. 80(shipping and handling) and you can utilise it in purchasing other products. Read more about it in ‘Store Credits‘ section below. 

2) By transferring the invoice amount minus Rs. 80 (shipping and handling), in your account, for which, we will need your Account No., Account Name, IFSC CODE, Bank, Branch or GPAY no /UPID to process the refund. It shall reflect in your account within a month from the processing date. In case of any discrepancy, atatoll.com reserves the right to issue you a store credit instead of money transfer with prior notice, or not to return/exchange the product at all.

3. Refunds cannot be processed on Discounted products or Products which are on Sale. Only Exchange can be done for the sale items.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent), we will replace the product or refund the full invoice value. The refund process will only start once after we receive the product back, and it passes our quality check. 

atatoll.com will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping. Please retain the original packaging or make sure you pack the product safely enough. 

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by “ATOLL”, “atatoll.com” regarding the return validation that is – if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. In case of a non-valid return, the product will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blocked for future purchases.

Exchanges:-

You can exchange only the products that are eligible for return and exchange.

In case if the customer’s pin code is not serviceable to our return pick ups team, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost. atatoll.com will send an email confirming the address details for the same. Only one exchange, per product is valid. Multiple exchanges on the same product shall not be entertained. All exchange requests will be reviewed after the product is received, andatatoll.com decision shall stand final. 

We will not entertain exchange or return in case of below mentioned reasons:

– If any damage happens because of any Physical Damage/Cut 

– If the exchange is demanded because of non receipt of the product after 3 delivery attempts due to wrong/inappropriate address details.  

- Items on Sale/Offer are not eligible for returns

In order to issue a ‘Store Credit’, we would need your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered. We will then arrange for a return pick up. Kindly make sure the product tag and packaging is intact, failing which, we would be unable to process your return/exchange.

Cancellation

In Case you wish to unfortunately cancel your order, we request you to do the same within 24 hours of placing it. You can cancel your order simply by sending us an email with your order ID, name and email id, to business.shopatoll@gmail.com and we will cancel it, and refund the full amount to you (in case of pre-paid orders). In case the order is cancelled after 24 hours, and if we have dispatched the shipment, we will deduct the shipping charges and refund the remaining amount to your account (in case of pre-paid orders). 

Please note – Repeated COD order cancellations might lead to disruption of the COD service for the customer in question. Order cancellation requests are subjective, hence, the decision made by Merakus.com will stand final and the customer shall agree to the same. 

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy (For Patrons Outside India)

*Due to Covid-19, a hike in international shipping rates and change in shipping policies, any sale made is the final sale*

*In case of wrongly delivered products, email us with a picture of the product, order ID, name and email, within 24 hours of receiving the shipment*

For us to process the return, send an email to business.shopatoll@gmail.com within 5 days from receiving the shipment

Important: If a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency, Atoll will not be liable for a refund/exchange.

Cancellation:-

In order to cancel your order, please raise a request by sending an email to business.shopatoll@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the same. We will initiate a refund in your PayPal account, and transfer the invoice value minus PayPal transfer fee (around 7%, *subject to change). Any cancellation requests after 24 hours shall not be considered valid and Merakus.com shall not be liable for any refund/exchange. 

 

Atoll Store Credit

‘Store Credit’ is the virtual money that you will have in the form of a coupon in lieu of cash. Atoll will offer a Store Credit in case of return and exchanges, with a value same as that of the product in question.

– You will have to redeem the whole coupon amount at once. 

– The Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

– It is unique and can only be redeemed once in a lifetime. 

– If you use lesser amount than that of the coupon value, Atoll shall not be liable for any refund.

– Atoll solely reserves the right to provide resolution as it deems fit, in case of any discrepancy.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

Cancellations by atatoll.com.

Please note that atatoll.com might cancel an order due to various reasons, including but not limited to unavailability of the product, fabric, fraud detected in the customer’s card/account, inaccurate information from the customer’s side. The customer might be contact before confirming his/her order if any more information is needed. Merakus.com can cancel or refute any order for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion. The customer shall agree to the decision made by 'atatoll.com' without any disputes. In case of prepaid orders, the standard refund policies shall be followed.
